1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for purchases of Leadodo products and services.
Leadodo provides digital software, AI lead scoring functionality, course content, training materials, templates, downloads, and related business services.
By purchasing Leadodo, you agree to this Refund Policy.

3. Business Customers Only
Leadodo is intended for business users, mainly web design agencies and related service providers.
By purchasing Leadodo, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing for business or professional purposes.
- You are not purchasing as a private consumer.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have authority to purchase on behalf of the business you represent.
Because Leadodo is provided as a business-to-business product, consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply.
4. Digital Delivery
Leadodo is delivered digitally. Access may include:
- Application access
- Software features
- AI lead scoring functionality
- Course lessons
- Videos
- Templates
- Downloads
- Documentation
- Community or support access
- Other digital materials
Once access is provided, digital content can be viewed, used, copied, downloaded, or applied immediately. For that reason, refunds are limited as explained in this policy.
5. General No-Refund Policy
Unless a specific offer, order form, written agreement, or legally required exception states otherwise, purchases of Leadodo are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Software licences
- Application access
- Course access
- Digital downloads
- Templates
- Training materials
- Setup fees
- One-time payments
- Subscription payments already charged
- Promotional offers
- Discounted purchases
- AppSumo, affiliate, partner, or third-party deals, unless those platforms state otherwise
We do not normally provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Mistaken purchases
- Lack of time to use Leadodo
- Failure to complete the course
- Failure to follow the training or implementation steps
- Compatibility issues on your own device or environment
- Internet, browser, email, or third-party tool issues outside our control
- Expected features that were not promised at the time of purchase
- Underperformance of outreach, sales, replies, calls, revenue, or business results
- Account suspension caused by breach of our Terms
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, such as Meta, Google, email providers, payment providers, hosting providers, or social media platforms
6. No Guaranteed Results
Leadodo provides software, AI analysis, lead scoring, education, templates, and guidance.
We do not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads
- A specific reply rate
- A specific conversion rate
- A specific number of booked calls
- A specific revenue outcome
- A specific return on investment
- That a prospect will become a customer
- That an outreach campaign will succeed
- That an AI lead score will predict actual buying intent
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, targeting, messaging, sales process, follow-up, compliance, execution, timing, and third-party platforms.
7. Exceptions
Although our general policy is no refunds, we may review refund requests in limited cases.
We may issue a refund, partial refund, credit, or account correction at our discretion if:
- You were charged twice by mistake.
- A payment was clearly processed in error.
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation where no further charge should have occurred.
- A serious technical issue caused by Leadodo prevents access to the purchased product and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- A specific written refund guarantee applies to your purchase and you meet all conditions of that guarantee.
These exceptions are not automatic. Each request is reviewed case by case.
8. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue, you must contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
A technical issue does not qualify for a refund if:
- The issue is caused by your device, browser, internet connection, operating system, firewall, email provider, hosting provider, or third-party tools.
- The issue is caused by incorrect setup or misuse.
- You refuse reasonable troubleshooting steps.
- You do not provide enough information for us to investigate.
- The relevant feature was working as described at the time of purchase.
To help us investigate, we may ask for screenshots, error messages, logs, browser information, device information, or a short screen recording.
9. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted by email to:
Your request should include:
- Your full name
- Company name
- Purchase email address
- Invoice number or payment reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
- Relevant screenshots, error messages, or supporting information
Refund requests based on duplicate charges, payment errors, or technical issues should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge or issue.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
10. Subscriptions and Cancellations
If Leadodo is sold as a subscription, you may cancel future renewal charges according to the cancellation process provided in your account, checkout, invoice, or written agreement.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
If you cancel during a paid billing period, you may continue to have access until the end of that billing period unless otherwise stated or unless your account is terminated for breach of our Terms.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at legal@leadodo.ai so we can investigate.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend access to Leadodo while the dispute is being reviewed.
We reserve the right to provide relevant order, access, usage, communication, and billing records to payment providers, banks, or dispute processors to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes.
12. Third-Party Purchases
If you purchase Leadodo through a third-party platform, marketplace, affiliate, reseller, or partner, the refund rules of that third party may apply.
Examples may include AppSumo, Stripe checkout, affiliate offers, or other third-party sales channels.
Where a third-party platform controls the transaction, refund requests may need to be submitted through that platform.
13. Taxes and Fees
If a refund is approved, the refunded amount may exclude transaction fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, platform fees, or taxes that are not recoverable by Leadodo, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
14. Access After Refund
If a refund, chargeback, credit reversal, or payment cancellation is approved, we may immediately remove or restrict access to:
- The Leadodo application
- Course content
- Downloads
- Templates
- Community access
- Support
- Related digital materials
You must stop using any paid materials that were refunded, unless we expressly allow continued access in writing.
15. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If a mandatory law applies to your purchase and gives you rights that cannot be waived, we will comply with those legal requirements.
16. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The version that applies to your purchase is normally the version published or referenced at the time of purchase, unless a newer version is required by law or is more favourable to you.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to this Refund Policy will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
