Leadodo respects your right to request deletion of personal data.
If you want to request deletion of data associated with your Leadodo account, connected social media account, or interaction with Leadodo, please contact us at:
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your company name
- The email address linked to your Leadodo account
- The social media account or platform involved, if applicable
- A clear description of the data you want deleted
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise personal data where required by applicable law, unless we need to retain certain data for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business reasons.
For example, invoice and accounting records may need to be retained for legal administration purposes.
If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account to Leadodo, you can also disconnect the account from inside the Leadodo application where this feature is available.
