Refund Policy

Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing our software.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all software purchases made from Leadodo, operated by Leadodo, a company established in the Netherlands. Our products are provided strictly to business customers (B2B), not individual consumers.

By downloading or using our software, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing as a business customer and not as a private consumer.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

As our software is delivered digitally and the download begins immediately after purchase, and since our services are sold strictly to businesses (not consumers), no right of withdrawal applies. All sales are final.

By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you explicitly waive any right to cancel or request a refund.

3. No Refund Policy

All software licenses, access keys, and digital files are non-refundable. Once a license has been issued or the software has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or mistaken purchase
  • Compatibility issues or installation errors
  • Lack of features or misunderstandings about functionality
  • Perceived or actual underperformance of the software

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, documentation, and demo information prior to making a purchase.

4. Exceptions and Discretion

While our general policy is strict and non-refundable, in exceptional and rare technical cases (such as duplicate charges or provable system errors), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Refund requests of this nature must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase by emailing info@leadodo.ai with a detailed explanation.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes relating to the enforcement or interpretation of this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
